Deer Tick Share “Everything Born,” Announce New Album Coin-O-Matic

Deer Tick have shared their new single “Everything Born,” the latest preview of their upcoming album Coin-O-Matic, due June 5 via ATO Records. The track leans into a more stripped-back, reflective tone, centering on themes of impermanence and the passage of time. Written by guitarist and vocalist Ian O’Neil, the song builds on the direction introduced by earlier single “Mary Singletary,” continuing to highlight the band’s narrative-driven songwriting and grounded approach to Americana and indie rock.
In support of Coin-O-Matic, Deer Tick will embark on a North American tour beginning in June and extending through the fall, with a stop in Atlanta on November 7 at Terminal West. The run includes headline dates across the U.S. and Canada, with additional support from artists including Jobi Riccio, Presley Haile, and DUG on select dates. The tour follows the band’s first self-produced album, recorded at their Rhode Island studio, and reflects a continued focus on place-based storytelling and lived-in themes.
