wilt have released their new single “nothing good to cry about” via AWAL, marking the first preview of the band’s forthcoming debut album. Produced by Carlos de la Garza, whose credits include Paramore and The Linda Lindas, the track leans into a more guitar-driven and immediate sound while balancing upbeat melodies with introspective lyrics. Built around themes of dissatisfaction and emotional disconnect beneath outward appearances, the song continues the band’s blend of alternative rock energy and confessional songwriting.

After building a substantial following through touring and social media, wilt will spend the fall on the road supporting Jutes across North America, including a stop inAtlantaon September 2 at The Masquerade (Heaven). The run follows a breakout period for the band that has included sold-out headline shows and growing attention around their 2024 self-titled EP. With a debut full-length expected later this year, “nothing good to cry about” serves as an introduction to the next chapter of the Los Angeles four-piece.
