Theory of a Deadman Release “Funeral Song,” Set Atlanta Date on The Dead / Seven Tour

Theory of a Deadman have released their new single “Funeral Song,” the latest preview of their upcoming EP Part 1: Funeral Songs, due September 4 via ONErpm. The six-track release marks a new chapter for the band while retaining the heavy riffs, melodic hooks, and tongue-in-cheek lyricism that have defined their sound across more than two decades. “Funeral Song” centers on the impulse to wish someone out of your life entirely, delivered with the band's characteristic mix of dark humor and arena-ready rock.

The band will support the EP on The Dead / Seven Tour alongside Sevendust, beginning August 7 and continuing through the end of September. The run includes an Atlanta stop on September 5 at The Tabernacle, along with dates across the Midwest, Northeast, South, and West Coast. Additional appearances include Rock The Locks Festival and Aftershock Festival as Theory of a Deadman continue their extensive 2026 touring schedule.
